BART Police Shooting: Rest in Peace Oscar Grant

This is the KTVU News report of the fatal shooting at the Fruitvale BART station in Oakland, Ca at 2 a.m. on New Years Day. Although there are many other videos on youtube, I chose to post this video because it gives good commentary.
