Happy 99th Birthday, John Wooden

This bears repeating each year because this man is one of Basketball's greatest ambassadors, but today we honor the legend John Wooden. The game seems to evolve each generation, with bigger players, flashier moves, and more financial obligations and contractual commitments, but John Wooden will always remain a huge influence on the game of Basketball, and more importantly, the game of Life. It is hard to note all of his achievements, and his philosophies, and the players in which he schooled in every sense of the word, but his grace and knowledge will always be remembered by current players, coaches, fans, and every contributer to basketball on all levels.
